I would advise AGAINST free programs like those, simply because raw HTML gives you more control over your webpage. http://www.crimsoneditor.com That's an excellent code editor. Once you've found that, try: http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp and... http://www.htmlintro.com And if you need help, just keep posting at iWEBTOOL and we'll assist you.

There are free resources all over the place that walk you through the process. One of them is http://www.buildandearn.com Good luck and would love an update on your progress!
