Is it possible at all to make a living off AdSense?

Hi All,

The Billion Dollar question - I have seen so many "scam like" sites like adsense gold or things like that where the website owners claim that they have made millions using AdSense...

Is that even possible? How many websites do you actually need to own before you can earn a decent living off AdSense?

Anyone has successfully done this before and has a network of websites to prove it ? I am new to this AdSense thing and would like to hear from anyone who has experience with it.

Well, don't be surprised if you see thread exclaiming they have hit the $1000 per day record.

Yes you can make a living off adsense, but there are better ways. CPA is far better than adsense if you can build good traffic that is, and a good quality site.

In many cases yes, and in most of the cases no. Sometimes the earnings are too low.

CPA is pay per action, be it buying something signing up for a newsletter, filling in a form etc.

Much as I would like to claim that cheque, it isn't mine, it belongs to shoey. My adsense cheque is not even half of that

yes , actually I am also new to ad sense , I have joined ad sense about before 8 months . Now my Main income source is ad sense . As I live In Nepal it does not costs so much to live like other countries ( USA , UK).
I am so happy and satisfied from ad sense .

So the big question really is how to attract and keep traffic coming to your site? How does Shoey do it? (That guy with the big cheque in the image) Any chance of him sharing?
