Question Normal number of Google searches?

How many would be a normal number of Google searches to be expected for a 3 months old site on a daily average? All opinions are welcome.

Default Re: Normal number of Google searches?

Hi,

This is hard to say really. Many things determine how quick Google even include it in their searches, my site is brand new (around 3 months old), and I am getting great searches.

Things which can determine chances of appearing in search;

Algorithm,
Back links throughout your own site,
Meta Tags,
Submission to Google,
Web extension (.co.uk, .com, org, etc.)

They tend to search top end extensions first, so if you are using a top end you will appear quicker .co.uk, .com, .org appear quickest.

Hope this helps a little bit.

Yours Sincerely,
Kieran Taylor,

Hi Taylor, thanks for the response!

I do understand the factors involved. I was just looking for average numbers from different people to compare to. Currently, my site is a bit over 4 months old and I'm getting an average of 22 visitors per day from all the search engine combined. My pages are showing up in the first SERPs all the time with the main 3 engines and with quite a few different keywords.

It been about one month since I started the thread. Back then, I was receiving an average of 12/day. My site is doing great in my eyes but I don't have nothing to compare to since I don't know what the others are getting.

I should be getting more after the SEs get done crawling the content in some new pages that I just uploaded couple of days ago.

Thanks and good luck.
