Hey all im selling one of my sites, not sure what im looking for price wize but will be excepting offers.

well like i mentioned i have no figure to put out there, however i was offerd $200 about six months ago for cheneywhite.com but at that time i wasnt interested in selling. The domain itself i paid $45 about a year and a half ago and the PR script cost me $20 then theres all the hours i put in searching through the web looking for the other scripts. Which i must say took forever lol not many people give the source code out for these scripts and most are paid, however i did eventually find them...

So with that info i hope you can guesstimate a reasonable offer.

Im really sad to be selling it as it still needs alot of work and was a great project however with my host review site taking off like a bat outa hell its really just being neglected and needs a good home

..

This is starting to sound like an adoption agency add LOL

I will even through Rsswhatis.com in with cheneywhite.com for free in addition to this sale both domains get free web hosting

This does not mean they are on a free host, its just I currently have a Paid web host that is hosting it for free in return for free advertising on one of my other sites.. This is a $19/month fee waved

You need to mention a figure if you are serious about selling it. I could say $100, which I will consider reasonable which you probably won't so you really need to think of a figure.

I am interested in buying it, if you come up with a figure for the site you can send me a pm

like i had mentioned above, this site was a project for me some time ago that is now being neglected due to my other projects.

At that time my main goal was collecting the tools for the site, however the site itself needs some seo done to optimize its traffic, this i never got to do.

so in esence its the collection of seo tools and site design thats for sale, work still needs to be done to bring this site to life.

After alott of research similar turnkey sites with the same types of scripts that my site has cost around $200 with a PR0.

No worry about this sites PR dropping as Cheneywhite.com was previously sold custome website templates a couple years ago in which these sites still carry cheneywhite's Link in the footer an example of such a site is datacenter.org u can look in the footer to find its link
