500 unique vistors and still no revenue?
I would have bought your site, but as of now I dont have any money. So I would better give you some free advices.

From the traffic info, I guess you must make atleast 60$-70$ per month. That should be more than enought o cover the hosting and should get you around $600+ when you sell the site. Since you said you are not making any money, there is something wrong with your adsense placement.

few tips:
1. Do not use image ads. Always use text/image , as they have better CTR and better pay per click. Images may look good, but the fact is that they dont pay.
2. Header is such a BAD place for ads.
3. Get the ads right into your content. Like right above the "Rubber Components" in your home page and merging very well with directory listings. Use the same link/font color for ads too.

So I would say, optimize the ads, run it for 1-2 months and then try again to sell with income.traffic reports. If your site doesnt fetch atleast $500, it is really unfortunate.

thanks for your interest temi, no haven't sold the site yet, since BIN not met, and current BID of 550 via PM at DP.
I am also trying to have a forum in it at http://forums.stuffdaily.com and will build a user base on it in few weeks.
Domain is good and site has lots of monetization potential, Links can be removed if you want, no string attached on the links and homepage has no links sold, it was PR4 before but due to lack of time, it down to PR3, but I believe this next PR update it will again climb, to PR4 or PR5.
By the way, it is currently ranking at rank 23 on search term "article directory"

Like I said, lets discuss via PM if you are serious about selling it. I have 4 forums already so adding a forum in my openion will not increase the value of the forum and you are rather ambitious about the number of users you can have at the forum in a matter of weeks, unfortunately, forums do not grow (with genuine users) so quickly.
