I browsed the Internet trying to find a suitable dedi offer from the solid company and have found onthespothosting.net. All is O'k for me in terms of prices, CPU, bandwidth and disk space. But I didn't get this phrase perfectly well. What does tier 1 mean? Sorry for my ignorance in this case. Can anybody explain it to me?

onthespothosting.net known more as reseller hosting provider , I have newer heard of their dedicated offers. By the way how long have they provide it?
