| Re: MicrosoftOffice.us Well who'd want to be in a lawsuit with Microsoft? I wouldn't touch that domain name with a 10 foot pole as they say. Definitely Trademark issue. I know someone that had Trademark issue with Warner Bros. over some Disney domain name. They said they won and got to keep the domain, however, they had to park the domain and not do anything with it. They did have a site on the domain and so they had to transfer the site to another domain name. |
