Here is my review, traffic still running tho.

Received hits within 10 mins after activated.
Traffic was around 90% unique, around the world.
50% Europe, 30% N America, 20% Australia, Asia, Africa, other. (Traffic started around 4:00 am EST)
Around 1500 unique hits until now. Some visitors did stay for awhile, some did browse contents, products, but no sells.

For few bucks, it's good value. It's help to boot up alexa traffic rank.

No sales = good value? Hopefully some will convert for you.

I am assuming this service is driven via email?

I see a lot about Alexa traffic. Why do you think this is important? Alexa traffic is a measure of only those who use the Alexa toolbar. Alexa as a search engine and its market share of general searches is almost nothing. If you want good alexa rankings just make sure you install the tool bar yourself and visit your site 100 times a day.

I understand that you got no sales.. but honestly speaking this traffic is too cheap to bring up sales... however, i have some clients that order 70K every few days, just because they get good conversions... for instance please see this :
