Your site is missing a basic page element - the body tag. You will notice your index page is not indexed. Your index page is nothing more than an iframe - iframes used incorrectly will cause problems when people search and they are also hard to optimize. Each page in the frame is a page which has to stand on its own merit and have its own internal link structure, if someone is able to find the page during a search the search result will bring them to the framed page leaving the visitor no place to go. Your framed page is actuall a page on a different website - yours has no content and is basicly a link to the other website (well it would be if it would index, put in the body tags!). I do suggest reading up on maybe wordpress or other program to be able to have dynamic content, your information pages can contain the same content but when it is updated the RSS can be parsed on the index page showing the updates to the individual pages content. I think the journey this process will take you thru will go a long way in your quest for knowledge of website design and site structure.
