Your question is about the css. I suggest moving the style information on the html page over to the css file.

Is the traffic generated via email? And maybe I missed it but over what period of time should the traffic be expected, per day, month, year? I would suggest adding a disclaimer/privacy page to cover any legal issues like this one http://www.buybesttraffic.com/se_terms.php just to cover your butt

One additional suggestion. If i were you i would subtitute the linking location of the SERVICE OVERVIEW anchor to "/" since as OWG would says your link structure tell to search engines that domain.com/index.html is the most important page though i guess your inlinks point to the domain.com.

Seems like a decent layout. Not much load lag. Content seems presentled fairly well but you may wanna included how fast the traffic can be expected. People wanna know this...
