Default Googles shaking the results

I noticed my search results decreasing, which means Googles about to dump a load on the engine. Anyone think they will get better results, and did you do better this month in advertising and creating back links than last month, and what did you do differently?

We did not experience a decrease in referrals from Google, but some of our keyword's rankings did fluctuate.
I'm expecting better results by next month, hopefully.

My backlinks in the webmaster tools area have increased and my referrals from are up by about 20%. I haven't been doing anything different just continuing with looking for backlinks and continuing with of both onpage and offpage seo.
