![]() | Is it advisable to use absolute positioning in CSS? Suppose I want 3 <div>s right next to each other in a row, maybe different lengths (diff. heights, that is). I mean I want 3 columns of <div>s, maybe that's easier to understand; how can I effectively achieve this with CSS? Thanks for any help, -Matt

| Junior Guru | Mad Cat that is an excellent link and I am going to use it in my CSS tutorial. Thanks for posting that! Oh and compuXP, try not to use absolute positioning, it isn't recommended for use anymore, I personally recommend a float: layout. HTMLGuy
