Default Does Google put your PR in the naughty corner?

Something I have noticed and concerns me.
When putting out a PR (Press Release), free or paid, many of these PR sites share the release with partnered sites.
Unfortunately they don't display or notify which ones.

End result; your release shows up numerous times in the search engines, just from different sources.

Q: Surely this is considered duplicate content and we all know Google's feelings on that one. How do Google treat these - as samples, or is your website penalised in the PageRank?
Does your PR get spanked and sent to a naughty corner?

It makes one hesitant to submit Press Releases.

If anyone can shed some light on this, it would help.

You have nothing to worry about, unless the duplicate content is in your site.
