 |  Two identical long standing sites. I thought Google banned this What do you experts think I should do about this? I'm thinking of booking a listing in to this site - it is very well ranked in page 1 searches for "holiday Scotland", has a low pr2. Not very expensive to list. But it has another site which is identical, and which is also well ranked but with different backlinks. I thought Google downgraded sites like this? I don't want to book into any site which is running the risk of banning. Wotchafink, boys and gals? These are the two sites. According to the archive they had identical copy back to Feb 2001. www.scotia-sc.com This site is 8 years old www.holidays-scotland.co.uk This site is 7 years old John

| Re: Two identical long standing sites. I thought Google banned this As i see the holydays-scotland is the mirror, since it has only 11 indexed pages. I guess purchasing a link at the original site:scotia-sc.com, won't cause any problem concerning google, or at least i hope so.
