My site is www.newcondohomes.com. It focuses on new condos in DC, MD and VA, but I plan to expand to other locations. It scores well on Yahoo for keywords new condo, new condo homes and condo homes. Only shows up on the first page of Google for new condo homes. Please tell me what you think is wrong with it and can be improved. Thanks in advance.

Great site, full of content and images which is a plus, but when you go to view Properties for Sale/Rent, I am viewing links that don't have any images..could lead viewers to turn their cheek to leave if they can't look'n feel of what you have to offer.

But the site is great all around, just missing some images.

layout not bad. first thing that jumps is its color coordination. blue and orange dont go together. and blue background inder blue header and footer creates improper contrast. (annoyingly out of place fits better)

how can you improve:

-you have to give up either on orange or blue.

if you want to stick with blue use lighter blue , avoid navy blue.
I would put grey background #555555
and would make header&footer silver gradient vertical 90 degrees.
basically either header-footer have to be darker then Background or vice versa, create good contrast dont make them close grey.
like #333333 vs #888888
would make name clearer orange with black stroke (if u insist on orange..)

Intel's ombination is Blue and orange which looks pretty good..
You just need to change the tints and everything will be good...

Its a nice graphic design ... a bit time taking loading, but overall i would rate it 8/10

Google aware your breaking their terms of service about using AdSense? UT OH!!!! I doubt it! Why would you come to a SEO forum and show us this black hat attempt at ripping people off?
