This is an interesting article on YahooTech and well worth a read for those that are interested, not only because of the obvious safety on-line aspect but also that fact that parents could be potentially breaching their children's privacy rights, as children don't stay children for ever. http://tech.yahoo.com/blogs/devlin/11228

| Re: Baby Pics on the Net: Public or Private? I would say it is up to the parent to decide. I have a site that is dedicated to my kids and I have 150+ pictures of them there. I think that the issue comes from people being in fear of pedophiles. Truth is it would not matter whether You put Your kids pics on the net or not those as*wipes will always have a way. Besides if it's okay for big companies to use children in their comercials (at times in swimsuits or just underware) why isn't it okay for parents to show off their pride in their kids. |
