 |  Google Wins! Government down by 1 Google Inc. has just won their case against the government to hand over search information. A judge finally decided that it was not expedient that Google should supply the government with search database information, as it was against their legal TOS. I'm too lazy to cite the article but it was on digg a few minutes ago. (If you can, please add comments at http://googleplans.blogspot.com in reply to the one somebody made... lol thanks) -Matt
