Default sue paypal its a good idea

Hi

well i have been think (not good i know lol ) well we all know paypal are law on to them selfs when it comes to banning ppls acconts and frezing ppls money and keeping it for a long time and in some cases never giveing it back or i think we have all fell victem to the buyer claims that just arnt true but paypal still side with the buyer even when you prove your case.

Well i have been thinking for some time know how is this legal ( i use to work in banking) and well its not well its not in the uk any way thay are classed as a bank over here and there for you the customer are protected VERY WELL PROTECTED PROBERLY WE HAVE THE BEST PROTECSHON IN THE WORLD. so if you sold your car to bob up the road and he payed you by check and the check clered bo could not go to your bank 3 weeks later and ask them for the money back cuz the car dose not work just woiuld never happen. He would have to sorted it out with you or take you to small claims court.

See where am going if paypal are under the same regulain as the high street banks why the hell do thay see fit to be judge jury and exacushaner . Not only is it illegal for them to do this its just wrong. There the middal man thay get payed well for being the middle man.

so what am i trying to say is this it dose not matter if paypal hold your money or give it back to a buyer who made a dodge claim. If thay take your money give it bakc hold on to it what ever make a claim in the small claims court.

Thay wont even turn up to court and you will win by defalt if thay do turn up thay will lose as my dear friend WE LIVE IN THE UK AND ARE COURTS DIECID WHOS WRONG AND WHOS RIGHT AND THAY DONT LIKE SOME JUMPET UP BANK WANAB WANAB TRYING TO DO IT FOR THEM.

there is so much more i coulkd tell you but i think i have gone on long anuth would be intresting to here your thurts on this

All so sorry for the spelling am dislesick fell free to re post it if you wish

Dyslexic doesn't mean that you can't spell...But the spelling is good enough, I understood what you meant. I don't know about in other parts of the world, but I believe that in the US, PayPal has to abide by a set order, and to protect themselves from liability, they must do certain things that may seem wrong or illegal. I'm not saying that they are right in what they do, but I don't think that it is illegal, otherwise, they would have had a class action lawsuit against them already. For instance, Blockbuster used to charge a late fee for movies that were returned late. There was a class action law suit against them, and the people won...Now not only were they forced to pay restitution, but there is also no longer a late fee involved....So, if somebody can argue a late fee(a loss of profit for Blockbuster), and win, then it seems to me that there would be plenty of people out there that would have the ability to sue and win against PayPal, and there probably has been a multitude that have tried.

yes thats what i mean the blockbuster thing is what happend or is happening over here with the banks all the charges the bank lay on your accont for going over your limmit and what not well the bank are being takin to court and ask to justify the charge at the moment there not notjustifying it there keeping stum which means ppl are wining there bank charges back i fink the banks are going to come out with all guns blazing soon thay have to thay carnt affurd to pay back every signle bank charge for the last 6 years. And with them not anersing the Q about there bank charges would lead me to fink that there planing somefin but thay will have to do somefink or thay mite just file for protecson.

AI dont know how the courts work over there but here we have small claims corut ( i fink you have somefink simlir judge judy lol) we can prety much to any one or any comp be it a PLC or a sole trader to the smalls cliams court for soefin like £50 the max award i think is £5000 but that covers most things and the judge tends to lean to the indvduls side was thay dont have the know how of the big comps prety sweet deal really
