Ok want to get your alexa ranking up ? well you can do it , It isn’t hard.

Here what you can do:

* Install the Alexa Toolbar , and get friends to search your site.
* Install Alexa widget on your webpage
* List your URL in webmaster forums as your signatures
* Use Alexa re-directs http://redirect.alexa.com/redirect?w...ingyourich.com
* Use stumbleupon that amount of traffic that it brings will improve your alexa rating
* Get people to review your site on alexa, mine can be found here

all of those methods are good, but there is one method that improves it almost immediately. It's called google adwords. Adwords, which drives traffic to your site, will dramatically (temporarily) increase your alexa rating.

Also by using adwords, this will increase revenue for your adsense and also traffic, which is a HUGE plus for SEO guru's who are out to give content and gain traffic exposure. Are you marketing tips fresh or some of them leads from other sites? I don't doubt your work, but I have fallen into sites that use the same first 2 paragraphs and then lead the rest with their own, very sad as Google catches this.

You can get your alexa rank down by visiting your own site alot with the alexa toolbar installed.

I had a website in construction that got a rank of 300,000 just by my visits.
