Good domain.

If you really want to hit the crowd right, offer SEO services, so long as you know how to. Don't be cheap; charge a good amount of cash so customers won't get suspicious about the quality of your work.

As your site expands, offer everything else that could apply in the name

As noted, I'd probably develope this into some sort of SEO site or traffic site (which is logical). Offer SEO tools, services, or articles - maybe even all three.

My first impression when seeing the domain was that it was some kind of traffic service. So perhaps going with a focus on tips for traffic building in a natural way might work.

People might go there expecting some pay for traffic service and be pleasantly suprised to find out it is an advice and information service for building traffic.

You can go with forums but I would use them as a secondary side to the site. Use articles, tips and resources as the primary focus.
