I have many strong PR4 PR3 sites

Im looking for a link exchange from a min PR4 domain, link must be on a min of 2 pages with a min PR4

In exchange u will get links from:

How many outbound links are on your blog ?
Im looking a site or page with a max of 12 OutBound links

Reason being is it doesnt matter what your PR is if there is an enormouse amount of out bound links on it.

For example i have a PR7 backlink to my web host review site from 1 provider as well as a back-link from a PR4 site

The PR4 Link i have is way more valuable than the PR 7 because of the number of out-bound links on there page... I think its somewhere around 45 or so but on ther PR4 there is only 7 out links..

Little SEO trick for those of u that didnt know...

cheneywhite.com has only 7 out links in total. which meens is can hold more weight than a PR6 link with 40 out bound links
