What would drive a man to kill?

Just thinking about scary movies and stuff. Serial killing must be the lowest act a human does. But why do some very rare humans do it? Abuse as a child? I don't know what are your theories on this?

Anger, jealousy, and greediness.... some factors..

Yes do you think they are physically diffent. I think they are wired differently in the brain.

i think alot of it is a power trip & obesession but yes there must be a screw loose to live with something like that or repeat that sort of crime

Power, money, love, stupidity, insanity, justice... too many reasons.

The unfortunate part is that many of these are adequate reasons for some people.

I might kill for love or justice, but only if I had to.

Weird circumstances?

A cop shoots another man holding a gun pointed at a civilian who I guess would be the real criminal in that situation, the other man was trying to civilian arrest or something.

Guess there were lots of pent-up frustrations that the killer never dealt with. OVer time it will develop to action?

Many Many things drive men to kill (and women).

In the mind of a serial killer, its an obsession. They feel the need to kill as a release (sometimes emotional or sexual). Its a compulsion. Something they can't control. Its like a heroin addict, once they get started, it grows and grows and they can't stop it.

Why it happens. Law enforcement and the Psychologists have been trying to answer this one for years.

Maybe one day we will figure out the brain and all its complexities and find a cure.
