Need Recommendations

I am having trouble getting some rankings for a few important pages on my website.

813area.com - The pages for neighborhoods such as Ybor City and Channelside get very good rankings in google. For example searching Channelside Bars the page comes up number 1.

However my more important pages such as Restaurants and Nightlife pages do not get good rankings on Google. They do have number 1 rankings on MSN such as Tampa Restaurants or Tampa Nightlife.

Can some people please help explain & give some suggestions to get better rankings on Google for my Nightlife & Restaurants pages? This is very frustrating & I don't know what else I can do to improve it.

I think shortening the title tag would help a lot concerning both of your pages. I guess with some content relevant deep links you will easily get nice ranking at google as well.

So I should try to build up some more external links to those particular pages with keyword anchor text and it should just start building on its own?
