Maybe my post was a little vauge.
I agree OWG that if things are done the wrong way then it is a bad thing, but if it done correctly ie by someone with your expertise OWG then i dont think you could ever overoptimise.
As with all things there is a right and wrong way.

I may be wrong but has it got to do with too many spaces between commas in your metatag esp. in keyword tag or there are lots of 'break' links i faced in my website.

That would be my thought, it's always best to have each,word,with,a,comma,in,between,them,with,no,spa ces <-- just like this in your keywords

This can be an issue as the cache/crawl MUST be successful to grab all the information required from the site.
