I do not know whether I am asking something silly. What I have analyzed is that it’s very difficult to get good ranking for the competitive keywords on google and yahoo in case of blogs. I mean to say that Blog sites rarely get high ranking for the good keywords on google. You may rarely find a blog on top for the big keywords. But when you go to msn search, you will see a lot of blogs getting good ranking for the big keywords. I do not know what I have analyzed is true or not.

If its true then could anybody let me what is the reason for this partiality. I am really get confused by all this.

I never really NOTICED this but I have a few blogs and both have adequate rankings on Google, Y!, and MSN Search. I don't think there's too much of a difference; just depends on the blog.

The reason they do not rak YET is because yahoo and google do not credit Bl as quickly as MSN. Google actualy has a BL update just like it has a pr update. I have made this statement many times. I can take MOST sites to the top of MSN within 1 to 2 months. I have done it in as little as 2 weeks. It is a combination of factors but the biggest is that they credit BL to your site as they find them.

Blogs would not be the same as websites per se. Blogs are mainly personal places to vent so their keywords most times is not a topic but the blogs name.

Well, there are lots of blog-specific services which are not applicable to common sites so blog have some advantages

But the main blog problem is that you should update it regullary.
