 |  Marketing/advertise site promotion - How? How can I promote my selling ads site? How to get people to buy link/banner from my site, it would be greatly appreciate for some help on this one. I have been trying my best for everything to improve page rank, as well alexa traffics on my marketing site... I have submitted in every search engines that I know of, as well directories, and exchanging links over hundred with other sites, still haven't get any improvement on traffics/page rank.

| Re: Marketing/advertise site promotion - How? Joshie, I think if you want to sell links you need to have really nice traffic. The almost free way to get it is seo. So go for backlinks and that will improve the rankings and the PR as well. Don't want quick improvement, you will have to be patient, and if you do the job well your links and ads possibilities will become very popular among webmasters.

| Re: Marketing/advertise site promotion - How? Link building doesn't mean link exchange. Google looks at the linking acrhitecture as a voting system. Exchangin links is not the way of the natural improvement, and in my opinion it is beneficial only if the subject of the content is similar. So try to get some oneway link. The unranked toolbar value doesn't mean that your site has no PR, since that is an almost real time scale, but exported only four times in a year.

One way links is to point link to your web site from other web site without add a link from your web site to the other web site. - posting forums, choose 10 or 12 related to your topic. - articles directories: submit 20 or more for two or three aricles directories. - social media networking, |

The more content you have on your websites, the larger your website will be & the more people will link to your website just because they like your content. I also noticed blogging does help quite a bit too, especially in the initial stages of promoting your website. And like they mentioned above...articles to tell others about your website. |
