PR4 website with paid off hosting til 02/08

Hi there!
I am selling my domain, website and everything that comes with that.
The hosting is paid until february 2008 and comes with the package. it will not be separated. the webspace includes 3gig storage and 10Gig bandwidth it is full featured.

I am not auctioning it off. The price is $250 o.b.o.
I have added to the package two of my directories #1, #2
The first directory was just added to the Vilesilencers list as SEO friendly directory. It is actually a very good thing.
The directories I host myself and I will (if the buyer chooses)keep hosting them for a year and after words it is a $2/month.

Okay I have sold the directories separately. So now the price for the site is an even $100. First come first serve.
