Andrey, the way you may promote your site mainly depends on the willingness to pay for it. If you want to spend money on promotion you can easily sign up into different ads programms like AdWords. If you look for freebies give a try to the search engine optimization. For first step i would have a look at this page, where you find shopping related directories.
