Hmmm... interesting concept. But how long before Google sees it as 'bad' and de-lists your site? Maybe I'm over-cautious, but I always worry about this sort of thing having the wrong effect...

I was just reading some advice in this forum about link exchanging and it talks about getting the links from relevant sites. You should not get links for an online jewelry site from a blog about SEO. Google will pick up on it eventually and it will not be pretty.

I don't think its anything to be warned about it would not heart

But I am doubting the benefits of such a deal for the reviewers ....

The site being reviewed actually gets a ton of backlinks

and the reviewee get a PR5 link which is not worth much more than a PR0 link UNLESS you are specifically looking for PR5 .... which is pretty worthless.
