HI ALL

currently i just found out something called the remote assistance in msn. My friend has asked me to click on the request remote assistance.. Later, i found out that it will allow people to view my computer files. Am i able to disable it? Will the person still able to view my computer files after i re sign-in?

Anyone who know please help.

SOUNDS LIKE A VIRUS TO ME, Last week a friend of mine had just had her baby, i recieved a message on msn saying heres the pics. thinking it was baby pics i clicked then pc started going wonky. i use antiviruses etc but dont trust nothing 100% so decided to take my pc back to manufactural state, have everything reinstalled again but still changed my passwords. having no probs now. the thing with this virus though, it was sending messages to all my contacts was a night mare , one friend of mine had about 50 requests from me, luckily she was away from pc so hadnt clicked on it!

Sorry that possibly doesnt help, guess what im saying is id be alittle edgy if that was happening to me and id clear everything and start again. good luck and surely it wont be long before someone on here can give you some direct advice.
