PR 3 Arcade game

Would like to sell my pr 3 arcade site game http://www.hotcodes.info , the site have not much traffic yet averaging 5-20 unique a day no earnings to show yet. The site more or less than 1300 games and thumbnails. The script is created by me with simple admin where you can add new games or delete existing games

How on Eath could this site be worth $110. This is the webmaster problem. Its worth more like $500 if not more. It has games, unique scripts and is PR3. Don't worry about the small unique hits, because if marketed properly it could become a massive gaming site. I wish i had the money. Because this site is more like worth $500. Don't be influenced by greedy webmasters mate. Sell it for more.

i don't wanna be mean or anything but "Internetwiz", if you look at this person website,

1) hotcodes.info does not match his site content
2) the site got no backlinks
3) the site does not have any unique content, all those flah games are downloaded from third party.

This is just an example of typical webmaster who is trying to make some buck from a typical website from Adsense.
