Reputation points!!!

For those of you that chat on this forum, you might not be aware that you can earn a reputation! Whenever someone says something interesting and it has helped you, simply click the little silver Scales picture and add to their reputation!!

Well i used it several times, but noone gave me any reputation till now

Rep systems don't seem to get used much, I don't know why.

I think there are only a few of us who use it regulally.
Its more getting into the habit, but if you find a good post that helps rep it!

It helps by letting the person you are repping know that their efforts are appreciated.....And it lets the community know that this is a person that can be counted on to help.

I have noticed the rep systems slowly but surely not getting used, maybe its because some of the old school forum members (in general not just his one) didnt recieve and reps back from those up and coming young wipper snappers and thoguht why bother. I am contantly reminding people on my forum to rep posts that deserve it as it is nice to be thanked for your time and effort put into answering a question for another forum member.

I've noticed that the forums don't use the reputation system as much as it should be, however I just went through my reputation list and you can clearly see the difference from some users, who rep posts that deserve it.
