Help needed with a directory inner page PR

I want to improve the inner page PR of www.sc3m.com, now i know content is king and i can put in whatever, but what other ways can i do this?

Content is the best way. But a lot of good links is the best. One of my pages (it's not there anymore) had a ton of links to high ranking websites and I did not promote it all it had (actually still does) a PR2 and it only existed about a month. The other good way is when You are requiring reciprocal links find a way for the sites to link to inside pages instead of the index page. my blog and games sites are both at PR3 until about a week ago I didn't even submit them. They are inside pages because I did not set them up as sub-domains. But they have both had a whole lot of backlinks and a few stumbles and de.li.cio.us bookmarks.

You need to get links to your inner pages. There are deep link directories that allow you to do this.
