I am selling www.tophosting.us

The website is already online for 9 months and the domain is more than 1 year old.

It got a good pagerank 4 and around 600 good backlinks.

The domain name is very good. The keywords are great and it is regged in almost every extension (also the unknown extensions). even top-hosting.us is registered. Their is also a website on tophosting.us.com , so you can see the value here.

It has good articles on them, some are unique, some are not unique.

Maintaining the site is not costing you a lot of time. Great to handle

The site is using Joomla! with a great administrator panel. Easy to use.
