![]() ![]() | First I was not sure where to post this. I think this board is perfect for this question. I had to change the extension of my page from shtml to php. I want to know if this might cause me any issues. The page displays just fine and I am doing this on a temporary basis. Does anyone know of any issues it may cause? Almost forgot the page is located here |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | It won't make any difference in how that HTML is handled. The ony thing that it does by changing to .php is tells your server that it needs to run the file through the PHP parser. If there isn't any PHP, then it will just run it through the parser, and then hand the HTML off to the users browser. |

![]() ![]() | Excellent. I had to switch extensions because of the conditions at http://backlinks.com. I'll give them a try for now, by the looks of it most sites they have there are not really good, but they do require PR3 at the least. |
