I am looking for offers over $500USD for www.talkwebz.com BIN is $1000USD

Talkwebz is a website that was created around 6 months ago. It is now a PR4 on the forum URL - www.talkwebz.com/forums, it is PR3 on the directory - www.talkwebz.com/directory and it is PR2 on the proxy - www.talkwebz.com/proxy

The site makes around $100/month in links in the footer of the forums. I haven't tested out adsense yet on the forum but I am sure it would bring in a few dollars per month too. We use vBulletin and the license is not included as it is leased as cannot be transfered. Many of the inner pages have PR too.

So what is included in the price?
-Forum Files
-Directory Files (Including custom skin worth $60 and directory license - phpld)
-Proxy Files
-The Forum Database (MySQL)
-Domain Name (talkwebz.com) - Registered at NameCheap
-vbSkin (Custom made vb skin - I paid $400 for it.
-2 free namecheap domains (wackofind.com and sneakandhide.com)

So just the site files, not vB or vBSEO license with the sale?

no vb license as they cannot be transfered unless they are owned, the foru does not use vbseo.

Ok im the owner of this site.
I told him to post but he didn't really post as well as i hoped.
All the links bought already will stay on the site until it is expired theres a few forgot to remove them. If not high enough offer ill keep the site.
Vb is not included since its leased
Vbseo i dont think its sellerable im not sure.
Vbskin is custom made for $300 to 400 not sure it will be included.
Paypal only.
And all the links must stay until it expires!
Directory and the proxy sub directory are included.
Im the owner so if you have any problems pm me.
