That sounds great. I don't see the point why some people build sites just because of the higher paid keywords. It's normally best to think about the money while building your site, but all do it because you actually have an interest in that subject aswell. Just because a keyword is worth something one day doesn't mean it will be worth the same value the day after.

Theres nothing wrong with going into both niches. Adsense and link sales. These link sales are more like a trial adoption process. Because if i sell a fair few im going to buy a PR7 or 8 domain and then sell links on it. I think you better get a bit of knowledge before insulting people you know. Also i don't believe in another life, i believe in going to god's kingdom the same person as you were in this life.
