If you want it all in Flash etc I'd stick with the pros like the guy above. If you just want a basic site though its not hard to pick up the basics of Dreamweaver and its free to download a trial of it! You can see my site I created http://www.theonebigad.comit's pretty basic but it's not hard to make it better.

The site you've given the link to is loading sssoooo slowly, I've been sitting for a few minutes nearly, so, you have to take into account this feature of flash, if you don't want the visitors of your site to leave before the page loads. I'd go with someone reputable and professional, check the companies offered here emedianow.com and anblik.com, also if you decide to go with a freelancer from the forum, make sure the person has been on the forum for a long time and can be recommended by others.

My suggestion is to get some of the forummers who are specialized in Flash to help you do it. Don't waste time learning, it's far too complex. By the time you master flash, the war is over.
