Hello! I too have noticed an update of all my sites having now a PR. BUT I have noted that the past several nites that there has been little to no Google traffic.

Does anyone know why??

Guess what I really meant to say is since the pr update my google traffic has gone away.

I don't think that PR wouldn't affect the rankings. Though google sort websites by their relevance I experienced many times that importancy (PR) also the part of the algo and not negligible at all.

Michele, I suggest you to use the targeted keywords, keyphrases in the internal linking structure and in the anchor text of the backlinks as well. That will boost your ranking and bring you the desired traffic.
