its just a TLD isn't it? so whether if it is .com .net .org or even .info it has the same way of promotion, by submitting to directories.. anyway y did you ask?

Not the same at all, com, and net are better, because of the geolocalization.

your right but he says "WAY OF PROMOTION" anyway is there a difference in promoting a .com TLD and .info TLD?

There is many ways of promiotions, one of them is SEO posisioting
Abyway i think there could be one simple difference, .info i mainly for info pages, not always connected with the business solutions etc, but in the .com one you should rather take care about visitors to stay there to buy something or internest them with your business plans

It really does not matter, Google does not prefer one over the other in SERP's.

Don't mirror the sites, you will be penalised for duplicate content, simply 301 redirect one of the domains to the other and promote just one.

either .com .net .info .com will come first n will be top of the page.. .net is next, and follow by other domain..

According to what I've read, the search engines such as Google, Yahoo etc, does not prefer any tld over any other one, it's the way you've been promoting your web site that gets you there.
