In my opinion it's almost a perfect webpage  Really very smart use of URLs, but I don't understand why don't you place seo in the title if it is in h1 at the main page?And there is one more thing. As far as a I know google sort websites by their relevance, though importance is also a very importan factor and I think with so many outbound links you not really strengthen that. Good luck to you!
