I dont know about the update being confirmed as completed, but what I am seeing now is that (on the sites I am monitoring) all the DCs are back in sync again. Does this mean it is complete?

by me., no authority ha ha.
don't take serious ,I've just recorded stable(in sync) 41 DC PR expression of all of my sites, other people might show fluctuations.

What I'll do is once the PR update is definitely finished, I'll start a new thread so that we can all go in and post what our actual PR turned out to be. That's only for those of us that took part in the prediction accuracy test.

For all this time, i've been using IWT predicted tool, and have been given me a result which is predicted and came out 95% of it are very accurate, although the prediction is just a guide, but it really helpful for us which we can learn the future in advance.
