In general PR is updated 4 times in a year.

I’m starting to suspect that Google have stopped update toolbar PR. This situation with no update when it was expected is really annoying for me. It’s almost impossible to do quality link exchanges with my new sites with PR0.
I have to wait for the update or for the other gambling site owners to stop focus on PR when changing links. I really want a PR update soon.

Chill out you worriers. Google PR update is estimated at 16 to 20 weeks, not 16 weeks exactly each cycle. Last 2 uodates were at the 16 week mark. Matt Cutt's comment about the update not happening in the next 2 weeks which he blogged on 5th Sep indicates not happening before 19th Sep (next week). Next week is also the 20th week since last upgrade. 2 x 16 = 32 + 20 = 52 weeks. Nice round year - I wonder if that has any significance in the PR cycle??? The other thing of course is that PR alone won't get you to the top of SERP's. So stop worrying about PR alone and get on with doing all the work you need to do to get your SERP's to page 1. Have a good weekend!

It seems everyone is a little edgy lol.

U know i bet someone high up in google could probly make a fortune by releasing people to be PR before it hapends lol Like serious look at all of us .. sitting here checking our PR in 100's of datacenters "for some of us every hour"

I dont think google develop PR service and then just stop like that..
Must have and update or maybe some changes..
Me also waiting for the update.. since I was work hard on several website..
