Don't panic. The movements you are reading about here are part of the build up to the pr update. A few are reporting changes but the majority of us are watching and waiting. I estimate new pr's will start showing end of next week. Keep watching this thread for wholesale postings.

A lot of websites are still waiting for PR update according to the thread "PR update begin from the new sites?" on the Digital Point forum.

My Google backlinks haven't finished settling down yet. So still waiting.

does putting a lot of (but relevent) links on your own website, NEGATIVELY affect ur own pg rank ? or it dznt matter...

As far as i know PageRank flows from one webpage to the other through links. If you place a lot of outgoing links i suppose that will weaken the importance of your site because of the PR leakage. The relevant outgoing links has positive effect as well, since they help search engines to specify the theme of your site. So i suggest you to keep only a reasonable number.

Last night ,I was told by G officer that G will never release Toolbar PR again.
That's frightened me and.......

woke me up ...full of sweat ,really bad dream..
I also recall ,from somewhere that TBPR expression,for G is just a normal phenomena
and duration between update become longer and longer nowadays,
with question from G personal that if they will stop measure the site value with PR ,what will webmaster use ?

I'll just be glad when the PR update is over. I always can't help but check the DC's every few hours when a PR update is expected to take place.
