Question Mysterious visits

Got a strange visit recorded in my stats today.
http://65.54.226.171/hrsv3/Judging.a...75&UrlIndex=2&
When visiting this link you will get to a MSN login page with the title MSN HRS.

According to what I've read on other forums there's speculations MSN HRS stands for Microsoft Networks Human Review System.
It's possible some websites in the future will be reviewed, with the review included in the search results.

That is strange. The IP address definitely belongs to Microsoft. I've not heard anything about Human Review System though, but I think it would be beneficial for all search engines to have something like that.

I do think other SE like yahoo and google do have human reviews every so oftern for very large / popular sites. Can't remember why, but definatly to do with positions for highly competative keywords..
