GoDaddy is too big a company. They still have good customer support. I've had a hosting account with them and I've realised that they oversell their servers. I dont know about their reseller plans. I've heard good and bad about hostgator but definitely more good. Probably hostgator would be the better of the two. Godaddy reseller sites are easier to set up and you also get google adwords and lots of free goodies.

Now GoDaddy's reseller plan include $100 Microsoft adCenter credit.

Do consider YPhost.com too :p...kidding
