Hello, just having my coffee and one of the million questions that popped into my mind is this- the best places to advertise your business for free, most new businesses dont have mch cash flow etc and there are plenty of places out there to advertise your new venture. where would you advertise, where have you say is the best places to go? ok and without discrimination where are the absoloute no no's? I guess alot will depend on what type of business your running but for just about anything?

When I was contracting, I used to print out flyers and get some tape and go door to door taping my ads to peoples houses. I got a bit of business that way. The best free advertising I ever experienced was word of mouth. I did a small job for a middle aged woman, and from that one job, I landed over 2 years worth of work, all from word of mouth.

Oh, did you mean internet advertising? The best place is posting on forums, the second best is free directories.

right, yes my site is new but word of mouth has been excellent, but think i should still list where ever possible, ive just really enjoyed plucking away and building the sites, bit of a project really. im just so happy others like it too. i will list where possible, thanks for the advice if anyone has free places for me to pop my link in just pm me i wont be shy
