Anyone else having trouble with google's loading speed recently.

It appears, with us, that all google sites are being extremely slow, but we not experiencing this problem with any other sites.

I've tried Google.com, google.co.uk and google.se, plus AdSense, Analytics and Gmail, all loading at a snails pace.

Maybe its just in Sweden, would be interested to hear from around the world.

Hi there,

Google use thousands of servers for each domain, so you never land on the same one every time (that is why your search results can be slightly different sometimes). So it would be your Internet's speed if you tried other Google domains.

I usually use Google as a test if my Internet is lagging, because Google has very reliable server load. I would usually say to run a ping test, but as I said they use different servers so this would be useless.

I just checked mine and it seems fine. You sure your Internet isn't just lagging, do a speed test on your internet.

Maybe updating and many users accessing it.....That's why it is slow....Be patience 'coz google is updating it for better service.

When Google is slow either PR is updating, or a large portion of Google is updating. It's loading fast here in the US though.

Don't think it's generally slow, might be with your ISP... did u ask your friends about speed?

Well... this problems comes from your ISP not the google servers i think.

Adsense and webmaster central are both very sluggish for me today. I'm not having any problems loading any other sites, only Google. In fact, my connection seems faster today than normal. I've been waiting on Adsense to load for 10 minutes now, that's why I'm here posting, because iwebtool is loading fine, and I get bored waiting...
