Getting Banned for no reason?

I had the adsense campaign running quite well with about 100 unique visitors a day making me $5 each day (No self-clicking programs or friends in them). And all of a sudden when it was paytime google announced that my account was banned due to invalid clicks. When I went into appeal they said that some person from the US clicked the AD's frequently causing revenue loss to them. I do not understand this.. I had worked hard on the adsense - keywords and due to the stupidity of some other person (not related to me any case guys believe me when I say this) how do I get banned?
I had read all google policies thoroughly so I knew that google was strict about invalid clicking and hence took all neccessary precautions from my side? Any one who knows why this might happen and how this can be prevented?

Happens all the time, same thing happened to my best website making more than $100 per day. Trial and error. Just make a new account under another domain name and just use that account for that website again.

Is there any way to know that you might run into these issues BEFORE it comes time for the check to be paid?

Did you ever get paid? What was your CT rate? If that was high google might consider clicks fake? Also if your in America try YPN

It could be from some bot/spider that is constantly on your site and it is always clicking the google adsense links at a guess.

Bots and spiders don't see any links.
The google adverts are served by javascript wich is only rendered when viewed in a browser.

Some people maliciously click your ads to get you banned; the Google Adsense server thinks it's you trying to get $$$.

It's a big problem right now and Google is trying to figure out how to solve it.

Same was happen to me , there were not too much traffic on my site so after 3 months my account balance reaches at 96$ and i was banned by google. same reason fake clicks, but i haven't click even a single time
