Tools not working

Hi,

I've being tring to use the backlink checker and pagerank prediction, and both are not working.

The backlink checker say that my site has 0 backinks, which is wrong so i checked google.com and it also says 0 backlinks.

The pagerank prediciton say "Unknown Cannot determine" for both my site and google.co.uk

Sorry guys we are working on fixing these! Server/script problems and with the upcoming update, its making it harder.

ok i just report you that other tools are not working too, im on firefox 2.03

Just a FYI that the Link Popularity Tool is also dysfunctional.

It shows no backlinks from either Google or MSN. The bad thing is that I have an active website link to let interested reciprical link partners see my backlinks....and it's no wonder hardly anyone has requested a link from me for the past few weeks at http://www.designingonline.com/links/linkapply.html. The normal total amount was always above 23,000 and now it just under 6,000.

I was hoping to find a fix before I took it down, but I can see there is no choice other than for me to take it down. I'll wait a day yet, so please do hurry. Meanwhile, I'll just remove the link to the improper results.

Are you going to refund or extend the advertisers ads because I am guessing the tools aren't being used much if they are all broken :-(

I know after the hacking incident on the forum this is a lot o ask, but is there any indication when the tools may be coming back online again?

Hi there,

The tools are mainly on the blink because of Google indexing and updating PR. Once this is done everything should be fine so don't worry.

I am sure that the administrator and the moderators will alert us when things are back up and running. We just have to be patient.
